Lynda Atkinson
Lynda is married to Stu, has two adult children and lives rurally in West Auckland. She loves to walk her two
German Short-haired Pointers at Muriwai beach, and plays tennis to keep fit.
A well-qualified and experienced lymphoedema therapist and physiotherapist, Lynda has worked the last ten plus years in lymphoedema management (chronic, cancer-related, post-surgery) and in palliative care. Lynda’s passion
is to support people who have a cancer diagnosis, and to educate and treat from a holistic perspective.

Her wealth of experience comes from working publically at Waitakere and North Shore Hospitals, and privately at Active Physio Albany and Harbour Cancer Centre. Lynda now practices at Mercy Hospice, and from her rural property based just outside of Kumeu and rooms in Massey.
